Consumer withdrawal
Where EU withdrawal rights apply to digital services, immediate delivery and your express consent to begin during the cooling-off period may waive that right. Checkout states this when you start a paid plan or trial.
Refunds
There are no automatic pro-rata refunds beyond what Stripe or applicable law requires. Support may issue goodwill refunds via Stripe. Tax invoices remain available through the Stripe customer portal.
